Responsibilities

• Ensure highest level of customer service and courtesy at all times.
• Maintain 5S efficiency standards across front end operations.
• Ensure all associates collect AdvantEdge Card from customers.
• Train and supervise cashiers, bottle associates and service clerks.
• Schedule associates and perform administrative duties.
• Maintain cashier controls and security according to policies.
• Manage cash controls and over/short policies.
• Ensure stock levels and pricing accuracy at front end.
• Keep front end clean, safe, and compliant with sanitation regs.
