Job summary

Northeast Grocery is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to greet guests, provide a friendly and safe shopping environment, and supervise the Guest Service area. You will ensure accurate cash handling and help uphold our policies while guiding a team to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, and a commitment to integrity and professionalism in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a polite greeting.

• Schedule, train, and coach Guest Service teammates to maintain exceptional service.
• Maintain cashier control reports and office security per company policies.
