Kroger Co. is seeking a front-end supervisor to help create outstanding customer experiences and maintain a safe, clean environment at our New Berlin location.

You will assist the department manager in driving sales, supervising front-end activities, and executing department plans with attention to safety and accuracy. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to manage scheduling and budgets while upholding our core values of respect and integrity.

Formación

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition and subtraction.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create welcoming environment by answering product questions.
• Gain knowledge of products and assist with recommendations.
• Assist with monitoring department expenses and cash control.
• Manage scheduling to ensure department coverage.
• Support store management with budgets and labor scheduling.
• Collaborate with front-end team and promote teamwork.
• Maintain safety and adhere to regulations.

Conocimientos

Ability to handle stressful situations

Knowledge of basic math

Retail or Customer Service experience

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent
