Job summary

Fresh Thyme Market in Cranberry Township is seeking a Coordinator team member to efficiently run front-end transactions, maintain cash controls, and deliver friendly service. This role supports customers, protects assets, and adheres to store procedures while promoting a safe, fast checkout experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2–3 years retail experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory work; knowledge of ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customers receive outstanding service through checkout lanes.
• Greets customers and responds promptly to their needs.
• Oversees accurate and efficient operation of all cash registers.
• Processes payments by cash, check, credit, gift cards, or debit.
• Operates POS system to scan items and display totals.
• Maintains clean checkout areas and proper cash handling.
• Models fast, friendly customer service.
• Reviews customer survey feedback daily or weekly.
• Assists with stocking and merchandising as needed.
