Job summary

The Save Mart Companies is recruiting for a Key Carrier to lead front-end staff in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager. The role focuses on customer service, front-end performance, and ensuring the parking lot and front-end areas are maintained to standards.

Candidates should have at least one year of Grocery/Retail experience, strong communication, training, and supervisory skills, and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Hiring pay range: $16.90 - 27.20.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience through frontline leadership.
• Manage front-end performance, tills, and cash handling compliance.
• Direct Clerks and Clerk Helpers toward high performance and accountability.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing and front-end management tasks.
• Monitor customer experience on the front-end and support management in absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
