Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX is seeking a Front End Manager to lead front-end and store office operations, drive exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with AML, lottery, and money handling policies.

You will hire and train partners, monitor performance, and oversee daily cash, audits, and reporting to the Store Director. This role requires leadership, integrity, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in related field and 2+ years of related experience.
• HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting.
• Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) within 2 weeks.
• Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train and develop partners; plan, assign and direct work.
• Ensure training of front end staff on policies, cash handling, scanner use.
• Ensure compliance with AML, lottery and money handling procedures.
• Monitor performance and conduct evaluations; report to Store Director.
• Open/close store; manage staffing, safety, cash and deposits.
