Job summary

Total Wine & More in Minnesota seeks a Front End Team Member to process transactions, assist customers, and promote products. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help with loyalty programs, ensuring a positive visit. Training will cover wine, spirits, and beer across promotions and safety standards.

Role may include as sales associate or merchandiser duties; flexibility for evenings and weekends is required. Seasonal option with opportunities for non-seasonal roles may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, and bagging.
• Deliver friendly, personalized service and build customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure legal compliance in alcohol sales.
• Complete cross‑functional responsibilities as assigned.
