Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a customer-focused Cashier/Front End Team Member in Minnesota. This role may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser, reporting to store management.

You will process transactions, greet customers, and participate in alcohol training to enhance product knowledge. The position emphasizes delivering a personalized shopping experience, managing promotions, and maintaining safety and compliance on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, advertisements, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment and comply with laws regarding alcohol sales.
• Perform cross-functional duties and other duties as assigned.
