Total Wine & More in Rochester, MN is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the cashier and sales associate positions. You will process transactions, answer questions, promote the loyalty program, and maintain knowledge of promotions while assisting customers with product information.

Roles may include merchandiser tasks and seasonal considerations, with opportunities for growth within the Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and promoting loyalty programs.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and comply with alcohol sale regulations.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
