Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver a high level of service at the retail front. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and be the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries.

You will help ensure smooth checkout operations, process returns, verify memberships, and support sales, order fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory teams through strong customer service and teamwork with branch leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; clear, concise explanations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Process POS transactions with accuracy and handle membership verification as needed.
• Assist customers, answer questions about policies and pricing, and guide store flow.
• Restock and maintain cleanliness of checkout lanes and front-end areas.
• Support returns processing, merchandise loading, and everyday location operations.
