Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store front end. You will handle customer service, merchandising, and overall store upkeep to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

The role focuses on greeting customers, operating the cash register, and staying informed about current promotions to boost sales. A positive, team-first attitude is essential for daily success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays regularly.
• A positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
