Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to support customers and maintain store appearance, especially at the front end. You will handle transactions, assist shoppers, and promote current promotions while upholding Ollie’s service standards.

Core duties include stocking, merchandising, and participating in donation programs. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising and store recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and handle additional duties as assigned.
