Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain a clean, welcoming store appearance, with a primary focus on front end operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register accurately, promoting current offers, supporting Ollie’s Army donations, assisting with receiving and merchandising, and keeping the store in top condition for every shopper.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering the store.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and stock recovery.
• Maintain store appearance and complete additional duties as assigned.
