Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance, with a primary focus on the front end of store operations and overall customer service.

The role requires greeting customers, operating the cash register efficiently, and being knowledgeable about current promotions to answer questions and drive sales. You will also support donation programs and merchandising activities throughout the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and a team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
