Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring for a Front End Specialist to assist customers and uphold store appearance. The role centers on frontline customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance with emphasis on the front end of operations.

The ideal candidate will greet customers, manage the cash register, and stay knowledgeable about promotions to boost sales, while participating in receiving, pricing, and merchandising tasks. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who engages and serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering, exiting, and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing, merchandising, and stocking.
• Maintain store appearance and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
