The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver superior customer service at the front of our retail location. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers, verify memberships, and help ensure accurate transactions and smooth checkouts.

Your role supports returns processing, merchandising, and coordination with leadership to meet sales and inventory goals. Previous retail experience is valued, with emphasis on friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification
• Load purchases into customer vehicles
• Process customer returns and restock items as needed
• Expedite checkout flow to minimize wait times
• Answer phone inquiries and direct as needed
• Guide customers within the store and explain policies, pricing, and memberships
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front area
• Support sales by refilling impulse merchandise and assisting management with tasks
