Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Front End Specialist who delivers friendly customer service and keeps the front end area neat and inviting. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, stay informed about current promotions, support donation programs, and assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and general store maintenance.

A high school diploma is preferred and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; a positive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter, exit, and approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising products, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
