Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain front-end operations. You will be responsible for customer service, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

The role requires a positive attitude, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a team-oriented approach to serve customers and support store goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and ability to engage with shoppers.
• Cash register operation knowledge or experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
