Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Texas is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance with a focus on front end operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, know current promotions, support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, and assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and store upkeep. The role requires flexibility and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and at the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and ads to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
