Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Texas is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain a welcoming store appearance with a focus on the front end of store operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed about promotions to answer questions and drive sales. You’ll support donation programs and assist with merchandising, receiving, and store recovery, ensuring a tidy, appealing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
