Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Mesquite, TX is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You will handle front end operations and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the cash register, promoting current promotions, supporting donation programs, merchandising, and keeping the store tidy. A high school diploma and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Front End Specialist should provide friendly customer service while ensuring store presentation and cleanliness.
• Ability to greet customers, assist with purchases, and answer questions about promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or exiting the store and near the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions and advertisements to assist customers and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by store leadership.
