Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance, with a primary focus on front-end operations and customer service. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed about promotions to drive sales.

The role supports Ollie’s Army and donation programs year-round, with responsibilities in receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining the store. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who engages and serves customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter and exit the store and as they approach the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
