Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and uphold the store’s appearance, with a primary focus on front-end operations. You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed on promotions to help drive sales.

Responsibilities include supporting donation programs, receiving, pricing, merchandising, and maintaining the store. The role requires a positive attitude and team-oriented work style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
