Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store’s appearance, with a primary focus on the front end of operations.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, be knowledgeable about promotions, support Ollie’s Army and donation programs, and help with receiving, pricing, and merchandising to drive sales. A positive attitude and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer as they enter, exit, and approach the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Be knowledgeable about current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned
