Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and help maintain a welcoming store front. The role centers on front-end operations, customer service, and merchandising.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, and stay informed about promotions to drive sales. You’ll also support donation programs and assist with receiving, pricing, and merchandising to keep the store inviting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong customer service focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers entering and approaching the front end.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Know current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support donation programs and merchandize products.
