Job summary

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital is seeking a Front End Clerk to coordinate activities on the assigned shift and deliver excellent customer service. You will handle cash, assist customers, and ensure smooth front-end operations within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 21 years of age, with prior cash handling and basic computer skills. This is a part-time, on-site position in the Front End department.

Qualifications

• High school / Secondary school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with company policy
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, email, word processing)

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists during transactions
• Monitors front end flow and breaks
• Provides extensive customer service and handles inquiries
• Processes money orders and related services
• Maintains register accuracy and price integrity
• Supervises junior clerks if needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager
