Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience working with the public preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic math knowledge required.
• Computer skills: spreadsheets, email, word documents.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers when close to the front end and during transactions.
• Monitors front end flow and break times.
• Provides strong customer service and handles questions/concerns.
• Processes money orders and rentals, sells stamps and bus passes.
• Maintains register accuracy and proper procedures.
• Supervises courtesy and general clerks as needed.
• Performs general fronting of shelves and keeps area clean.
• Assists with other duties as assigned by the manager.
