Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name when possible.
• Assist in maintaining front-end standards and cleanliness.
• Handle cash, deposits and related transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of front-end procedures and POS functions.
• Repair or report any register issues and keep MVP savings center kiosk functioning.
• Perform duties as needed per surge plan and lead generation for service standards.
• Adhere to all company guidelines and dress code.
