• Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Clean Service Desk/Kiosk.
• Maintain neat, groomed appearance and follow dress policy.
• Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Work within MPP guidelines to maintain productivity.
• Follow safety standards and report equipment repairs as needed.
• Treat all associates with fairness and respect.
• Perform accurate price checks.
• Control excessive use of store supplies.
• Record price discrepancies and not-on-file items in POS with price checks.
• Verify IDs and tobacco/alcohol sale policies.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and request cash pickup as needed.
• Observe security and report any abnormal behavior to manager.
• Process transactions (cash, checks, electronic payments, WIC, coupons, etc.) per policy.
• Secure register when unattended; protect assets.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation per policy and health regs.
• Be knowledgeable about produce merchandise varieties.
• Often perform cashier/service associate duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
