Meijer Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading front-end operations, coordinating checkout flow, and assigning work to cashiers and service desk personnel.

You will coach, monitor labor utilization, and resolve customer issues to drive satisfaction and efficiency across the front-end team. This role emphasizes hands-on training and proactive communication.

Competenze

• Proven communication skills and customer orientation.
• Ability to lead front-end operations and coordinate shifts.
• Experience with cashier and service desk workflows.
• Comfort with hands-on training and mentoring of team members.
• Ability to lift/carry and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
