Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to support California operations, analyzing front-end processes and ensuring billing readiness across programs. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to optimize eligibility, authorization, and financial clearance workflows.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in revenue cycle analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with IRIS/Avatar EHR/billing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare admin, business, finance, accounting, analytics, public health, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in revenue cycle, billing operations, or related analytics roles.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, eligibility, authorization, and Share of Cost requirements.
• Experience analyzing data and building reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms such as IRIS, Avatar, or similar systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and recommend solutions on complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows, eligibility verification, financial clearance, and billing readiness across programs.
• Interpret payer requirements and provide operational guidance.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Prioritize issues and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes and improvements.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Present findings and action plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training on payer requirements and billing readiness.
