Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach, and develop front-end team members with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and recognition.
Manage front-end inventory, ordering, stocking, and product availability.
Oversee OTC, gift, seasonal, and retail merchandise.
