Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or Walgreens internship option, or HS Diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks of start.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service and front-end operations; manage store activities to achieve company deliverables.
• Lead and manage store team, including recruitment, performance management, and discipline.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to optimize store performance and profitability.
• Oversee store cash handling, inventory, scheduling, and safety of team members.
