The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver high-level customer service at our Delaware retail location. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and serve as the first contact for in-store and phone inquiries.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, handling returns, guiding customers, and maintaining front-end area organization. Requires 1 year retail experience and MS Office/CRM familiarity.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt as business needs change with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
• Service leadership approach with a desire to exceed expectations.
