The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, manage cashier duties, and assist customers at the front of the store. You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, ensure accurate transactions, and support with memberships and returns.

Responsibilities include facilitating smooth checkout, restocking impulse items, guiding customers, and maintaining front-end cleanliness. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions daily.
• Assist customers with register transactions, cash handling, and membership verification.
• Process returns and restock accordingly.
• Expedite checkout flow to minimize wait times.
• Answer/store phone inquiries and direct questions as needed.
• Guide customers on policies, pricing and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization around checkout lanes and front area.
