Key responsibilities include order entry, triage of customer requests by department and urgency, verifying dosages, and maintaining precise patient records while upholding compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• One or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Ability to perform order entry tasks accurately and support dispensing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry tasks and assist the pharmacist in dispensing processes.
• Triaging customer service requests by department and urgency.
• Verify dosage based on prescriptions and maintain patient records.
• Communicate allergies and drug interactions to the pharmacist.
• Collaborate with team to ensure accuracy and customer service.
