Job summary

Food City in Dandridge, Tennessee is seeking a front-end supervisor to oversee customer service and store operations at the front of the store. You will promote courteous service, supervise cashiers and fuel associates, and ensure security of funds while enforcing company policies.

You will also maintain front-end cleanliness, ensure correct handling of deposits and checks, and support compliance with state and federal laws and the company’s procedures for money services and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis.
• Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain efficient and courteous service to customers at all times to ensure that “No more than two customers waiting in line” policy is always followed.
• Supervise and monitor the total functions of the front end.
• Supervise and monitor all cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates.
