• Minimum 2 years of related store/office experience.
• Certification requirements include HIPAA, tobacco/alcohol, AML and food safety within 2 weeks of start.
• Strong knowledge of cash handling, store policies, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front end and store office operations to promote customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Manages staffing, training, and performance of front-end partners.
• Ensures compliance with AML, lottery, Western Union and other regulatory requirements.
