Cardenas Markets seeks a Front-End Manager to oversee daily Front-End operations, lead the team, and drive profitable service across the store. The role focuses on executing front-end programs, developing direct reports, and building capacity for efficiency and service aligned with company values.

The incumbent will train Cashier teams, manage schedules, ensure WIC compliance, loss prevention, and safety standards while striving to reduce turnover and improve performance.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience in a progressive operations role.
• Customer Service experience desirable.
• Proven experience in dealing effectively with diverse team member/management issues.

Responsabilidades

• Greets customers and addresses questions in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Enforces standards for quality, cleanliness, organization, and safety across the front end.
• Manages cash handling, opening/closing of accounting books, and cash controls; oversees Self-Checkout operations.
