Qualifications

• Willis to work varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings or nights.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed (Prime Time).
• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with ACE, Supersked, etc.
• Understanding of department operations: managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, scheduling, expenses.
• Past work record must exhibit a high level of integrity and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting.
• Design a cleaner, more efficient working environment for Front End, Customer Service and Accounting.
• Ensure safe, effective and efficient customer service throughout the department.
• Improve Shopping Experience Progress Reports, Customer Tracker, Associate Tracker, Cash Over/Short, CCG, ELMS utilization, Customer Comment Cards, FES Evaluations, Bob Audits, and Key Retailing Measurements.
• Provide training, support and follow up on all aspects of Key Retailing.
• Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors.
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports positively and respectfully.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, pleasant shopping environment at check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, Customer Service Center, Accounting Room and parking lot area.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform any duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
