Job summary

Kroger in Shorewood Hills, WI is seeking a Front End Operations Associate to support day‑to‑day front end, customer service, and accounting activities. You will help improve processes, train supervisors, and execute company initiatives while ensuring a clean, welcoming checkout area and smooth customer experiences.

This on‑site role requires flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a strong commitment to teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Willing to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights.
• Willing and available to work weekends and holidays.
• Store retail experience with emphasis on customer service and front-end operations.
• Ability to multi task and handle large workloads.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with common Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding department operations including people management, merchandising, inventory, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve front end, customer service center, and accounting processes.
• Ensure safe, efficient customer service and a clean, organized shopping environment.
• Coach and train front end supervisors and customer service managers.
• Assist store management in maintaining quality customer experiences at the checkstands.
• Follow through on special assignments and perform duties as assigned.
