Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Front-End Manager to oversee all front-end operations including cash handling, customer service, and staff performance, ensuring accurate transactions and adherence to company standards.

This on-site role requires supervising front-end staff, reviewing cash variances, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining a clean, compliant front-end environment to support store operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-end, retail, or customer service operations.
• Strong cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes
• Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues
• Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations
• Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
• Review trends related to shrink, cash variances, and operational inconsistencies to address areas of concern
• Coordinate front-end processes including scheduling, workflow execution, and coverage
• Support implementation and enforcement of front-end procedures and internal controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-end environment
