Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead front end team and supervise all front-end functions as needed.
Ensure customer service, cash control, labor control and safety rules are followed.
Coach front end associates on service standards and proper bagging techniques.
Conduct daily huddles to discuss performance and results.
Manage shifts, breaks, and cash handling procedures including safe balances.
Address customer questions and make product suggestions to improve experience.
Observe and adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
