Responsibilities include helping customers, handling cash, and adhering to food safety standards while supporting store operations and occasional special duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Typically involves on-the-job training.
• Minimum age 18 required for partners operating select machinery.
• Partners must be 21+ to drive for Company business per BGC policy.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Fuel Operator C certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures accurate checkout totals by weighing, keying, and scanning items.
• Maintains correct money count in register.
• Enforces quality control and food safety standards; rotates dated products.
• Verifies price accuracy and monitors stock levels for reordering.
• Unloads trucks and places delivered items in designated areas.
• Greet customers and respond to questions and complaints.
• Notifies management of process-improvement opportunities.
• Ensures fuel station is maintained per company standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe shopping environment following safety procedures.
