Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Front-End Team Member to ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will scan items, bag groceries, answer questions, and help keep the front end clean and organized throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting with cart retrieval, stocking, and supporting a fast-paced environment while staying friendly and efficient. Flexible schedule and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training on hire.
• Basic math and clear communication skills required.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smooth checkout experience for customers and assist at the front end.
• Scan items, bag groceries, and answer customer questions during transactions.
• Keep the front end area clean, organized and running smoothly throughout the shift.
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and general front-end upkeep.
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow in a fast-paced environment.
