Job summary

Ocean State Job Lot's Price Rite of New Bedford location is seeking a Front End Manager (PRRC) to supervise cash handling, payroll, and front-end operations. You will lead cashiers and front-end staff, enforce policies, and coordinate store events and community activities.

The position requires an Associate Degree and 5+ years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to interpret reports and manage schedules. Wakefern system familiarity is a plus, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree and 5+ years related experience; computer skills a must.
• Ability to read and interpret business reports and procedures.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence; present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cash management, bookkeeping, front-end service, and payroll.
• Coordinates community and store event programs throughout the store.
• Maintains security of store systems and ensures policy compliance.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development of front-end staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through superior service and event signage.
