Job summary

Minimum qualifications include an AA degree, 5 years of related experience, strong computer skills, and experience with scheduling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from a two-year college or university is required.
• Five (5) years related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Computer skills are a must for this role.
• Background in store operations and work scheduling is required.
• Ability to read and interpret general business reports, technical procedures, or regulations.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence and present information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security of store systems, including IBM and Wakefern applications.
• Ensure proper maintenance of job-related equipment and usage.
• Review and correct transaction journals, cash control, refunds and promotions.
• Achieve or surpass department productivity and payroll goals.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development of department personnel.
