Qualifications

• Associate degree required; five years related experience or equivalent. Computer skills a must.
• Background in store operations and work scheduling preferred.
• Able to read and interpret business reports, procedures, or regulations.
• Able to write reports and business correspondence; present information to groups.
• Able to work with numbers, probabilities, statistics, and fractions in practical situations.
• Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret diverse technical instructions and handle abstract/concrete variables.
• Regularly sit, walk, stand for hours; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have vision abilities: near, far, color, peripheral, depth; adjust focus.
• Moderate noise level in work environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations including cash handling, bookkeeping, front-end service and payroll.
• Coordinate community and store event programs throughout the store.
• Maintain security of store systems and proper equipment maintenance.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train and develop department personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, QA and sanitation standards.
• Meet financial goals and analyze processes for cost savings.
• Handle customer complaints per company standards.
