• Manage equipment needs and maintain a clean workspace.
• Handle transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise safe operation of the front end and related areas.
• Secure cash drawers and protect company assets.
• Understand labor and productivity reports, scheduling, and ordering.
• Assist in performance appraisals and service observations.
