Ingles Markets, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the store front-end team and uphold high service standards. You will supervise cashiers, ensure efficient register coverage, and foster a friendly, hometown shopping experience.

Competenze

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Previous cashier or front-end experience is required.
• Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs during high volume periods.
• Must be able to read and do simple math problems.

Mansioni

• Greet customers and assist cashiers to ensure prompt service.
• Open additional registers to reduce wait times during busy periods.
• Maintain proper bagging procedures and carryout service for purchases over $100.
• Create and enforce front-end work schedules based on volume and traffic.
• Assist with all types of front-end transactions per company policies.
• Monitor pricing issues, register malfunctions, and POS items; report to management.
• Enforce dress code and monitor breaks per policy and guidelines.
• Ensure perishables are restocked promptly and returns-to-stock are handled.
